Our Telehealth Online Process
1. Book Your Appointment
Book your appointment by calling 6262 4464, OR you can book online using our secure Online Booking Gateway.
2. Pay For Your Appointment
You are required to pay for your appointment up front. If you have called to book an appointment, you will be asked for payment.
If you have booked online, someone will call you prior to your appointment and request payment.
We use Stripe, a third-party payment gateway, to process our online payments. Your card details are never sent to our website but are directly sent to Stripe using 128bit encryption. This means your data is very secure. For more information go to: stripe.com
3. Online Appointment Scheduled
After you have booked your appointment, we will schedule your online appointment and send you a link so that you can access your private conference room with your therapist.
4. Meet your therapist
At your appointment day and time, please click on the link to access your private meeting room. Please be aware that your therapist may be delayed helping other clients, but rest assured you will still receive your allocated time. Please wait until your therapist is available.
