- A senior physiotherapist will be your dedicated clinical educator for all of your professional development and mentoring needs. Our comprehensive professional development program is delivered weekly and is tailored to your requirements throughout your career progression.
- Peer Reviews are conducted on a regular basis with a colleague to enhance your client care and therapeutic procedures.
- Additionally, there are ongoing opportunities to learn from your colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Therapist Meetings are scheduled on an ongoing basis and as the need arises to streamline practices and procedures, develop new programs and discuss therapist welfare
