Whether you’re behind the wheel or in the passenger seat, we all spend a large amount of time in a car. It is often filled with fun, laughter or the all too often “are we there yet?”. However, when you have back pain, time spent in a car can often ‘drive’ you mad.
Back pain is one of the most common health problems in the world. In 2011, The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare found that back pain was the third largest cause of disease burden in Australia, while in 2014-2015, 1 in 6 Australians reported they had back problems.
